Substance Abuse & Rehabilitation Resources

 The Mission of Serenity Sistas Inc. is to provide serenity and hope to an

individual, suffering from the disease of addiction, by offering support and

structure of a sober and healthy living environment. 

While our residents work to sustain long-term recovery, our mission is to 

bridge the gap into a positive, substance-free, daily living routine. 

We currently offer seven locations in Annapolis Maryland, all of which are on 

the public transportation line and are close to many employment opportunities.

 Naptown Anti-Dope Move[meant] is an opioid overdose prevention outreach program, developed by the Office of Mayor Gavin Buckley in 2018–coordinated by Teona Hayes. Substance Use Disorder Awareness is the first step in helping individuals that may be affected. Becoming educated and applicable to prevention tools and practices creates a healthier lifestyle for us all.
